The MaGerk’s Women’s Lacrosse team is a post-collegiate team that actively competes in the Baltimore and Washington DC areas. We were founded in 2004 and consist of a group of thirty young professional women passionate about the game of lacrosse. Most of us began our lacrosse careers in high school and all of us played in college with graduates from Goucher College, University of Maryland, Bucknell University, Virginia Tech, and American University to name a few.

Our players are required to be members of US Lacrosse, the national governing body for men’s and women’s lacrosse. This organization is comprised of sixteen regions, the largest of which is the Middle Atlantic Region. The MaGerk’s Women’s Lacrosse team is one of fourteen teams that participates in the Baltimore Chapter of the Middle Atlantic Region.
